MindLayer allows you to connect your cryptocurrency wallet (Phantom for Solana, MetaMask for EVM) to use our services. • You maintain full control and custody of your wallet private keys at all times • MindLayer never has access to your private keys or recovery phrases • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet • All blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be refunded • Transaction fees are determined by the respective blockchain networks You acknowledge that connecting your wallet involves inherent risks, and you are responsible for understanding these risks before proceeding.

MindLayer provides AI agents enhanced by Model Context Protocols (MCPs) for various purposes. • Free users have access to 2 predefined agents and 4 free MCPs • Wallet-connected users can deploy 1 custom agent and access free MCPs • Premium users can purchase advanced MCPs and additional agent slots • AI agents are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or reliability • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any agent or MCP at our discretion with reasonable notice to users.

MindLayer accepts SOL cryptocurrency payments for premium features: • All purchases are made directly through Solana blockchain transactions • Pricing for MCPs and agent slots is displayed in SOL and may be subject to change • Payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain • You are responsible for any network fees associated with transactions • Purchase records are maintained in your account history Tax implications related to cryptocurrency transactions may vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining your tax obligations related to MindLayer purchases.

Intellectual property rights related to MindLayer are governed as follows: • MindLayer platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us • Outputs generated by our AI agents belong to you, the user • Premium MCPs are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our intellectual property • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms • Community-contributed MCPs may have separate licensing terms By deploying custom agents, you retain ownership of your configuration but grant us a license to host and execute your agent on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindLayer disclaims all liabilities: • We provide no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content • We are not liable for any decisions made based on our AI agents' outputs • We are not responsible for losses due to wallet connection issues or blockchain failures • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific MCP involved • We are not responsible for third-party services integrated with MindLayer You agree to use MindLayer at your own risk and acknowledge that AI technology is continuously evolving.

MindLayer reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts: • For violations of these Terms and Conditions • For abusive or harmful uses of our AI agents • For attempts to circumvent payment systems or security measures • At your request through proper account deletion procedures • Due to extended periods of inactivity Upon termination, you may lose access to purchased MCPs and deployed agents. Where possible, we will provide notice before account termination except in cases of terms violations.
